Lewis & Clark Adventure

Explore the Pacific Northwest in the spirit of Lewis and Clark. Travel historic waterway for seven days aboard a 70-guest ship, taking in the lush evergreen landscape along the Columbia River.

We will then head upstream into rugged, geologically rich riverwalls -- the change sudden and dramatic from the forests of the Cascade Mountains to the desert canyons of the Snake River.

Take off on jet boats to explore Hells Canyon, the deepest gorge in North America. On the Palouse River, a tributary of the Snake, Zodiaks and kayaks are available for the adventuresome who want to follow in the tradition of America's earliest explorers.

Travel through the Columbia River Gorge, taking in the most spectacular section of the river, and learn about the cataclysmic origins of this fascinating piece of natural history. Our excursion will end in the port city of Astoria, visiting Fort Clatsop, the winter headquarters of Lewis and Clark.
