Regular Business Hours
Any Martin Court resident locked out of their room or apartment during College business hours (8:30 am- 5:00 pm Mon-Fri) may come to RLO in Belk Basement for a lock-out key.  Please note that any lost keys will require Physical Plant to recore the room and cut new keys at a charge of $40.00 to the resident.

After Business Hours
Martin Court residents locked out of their room or apartment after business hours should contact the following staff for assistance:

Mon-Fri. 5pm-midnight, Sat.-Sun. 8am-midnight:  Martin Court Building Manager On-Call Cell (704) 975-0217
The Martin Court Staff provides lock-out assistance at night and on the weekends.  The first 2 lock-outs during the academic year are free of charge. Any and all lock-outs in excess of 2 will incur a $10.00 fee.

24/7: Public Safety Cell (704) 609-0344 
Public Safety charges students $10.00 for any and all lock-outs.
