Inspired by an exhibit at the Levine Museum of the New South, this Charlotte Symphony concert celebrates cultural diversity in music from the 18th century to the 20th. From the Turkish musings of Mozart to Hungarian tunes by Brahms to "new world" discoveries by Dvořák and Gershwin, "Changing Places, Changing Tunes" presents a lively musical journey across centuries and continents.
