Debby Carlton Wallace '81

The consistent and enduring work of a few volunteer leaders impresses us. Over a considerable number of years, their efforts have a special impact on the College and her alumni; and these leaders become key personalities in the Alumni Association.

The continuity of Debby Carlton Wallace's service since graduating in 1981 has made her one of these special volunteer leaders. As a DAAP team member, she has recruited prospective students. She has served as an Annual Fund agent for ten years. She has raised money for the Alumnae Scholarship and chaired the 20th Anniversary celebration of co-education in 1993. In addition, she has served on the Charlotte Regional Committee for the Campaign for Davidson.

Because you have always held Davidson College close to your heart - even while holding the hands of your young children - the Alumni Association gratefully presents to you, Debbie Carlton Wallace, its Alumni Service Award on the occasion of your class' 15th Reunion.
