Her classmates know her as a loyal friend who values the specialness of those relationships begun during student days. The staff members with whom she has worked know her as a committed volunteer inspired by Davidson's mission of pursuing wisdom with reason and faith.

Whether working as a Young Alumni Chapter President, Annual Fund Class leader or Campaign for Davidson volunteer, she manifested her affection for Davidson in her hard work. That work was accomplished diligently and performed pleasantly.

Because you believe so strongly in the ideals of Davidson College and because your affection for your Davidson friends motivated your service, the Alumni Association wishes to express its affection for you, Kathryn "Keg" Carter Andrews, with this Young Alumni Service Award.
