All apartment residents must read and abide by these guidelines.

Party Permits for parties occurring Tuesdays - Thursdays must be submitted online at least 24 hours prior to the party. Party Permits for parties occurring Fridays - Mondays must be submitted NO LATER THAN Thursdays at NOON.
I. The responsible hosts are responsible for cleaning patios, stairways, and any common areas affected by the party. This includes recycling of bottles and cans, disposing of trash, and returning indoor furniture (chairs, couches, and all tables) to the apartment. Clean-up must be completed before 10:00am the following day. Failure to clean-up will result in fines and other possible College action.
II. A maximum of 40 people may be present at a party.
III. Parties must end by 12am on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) and 2 AM on weekends (Friday & Saturday). Noise should not be audible outside the apartment after these times.
IV. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in private areas (apartments, patios), but not in public areas (courtyards, parking lots). Hosts must ensure that guests do not carry open containers of alcohol into public areas.
V. Common containers (kegs, funnels, etc.) are not permitted anywhere on campus.
VI. Hosts are responsible for any damage resulting from the party and all related costs.
VII. The laws of the State of North Carolina and the Davidson College Alcohol Policy pertain to all Martin Court parties.
Failure to comply with any of these stated guidelines or any reasonable request from a Residence Life Office staff member, or other college official, may result in termination of the party, a $100 clean-up fee and/or other possible College action.
