Loraine Bledsoe "L.B." Singleton, '26 is formerly of Laurinburg, N.C. 
He obtained his education at Davidson, UNC-Chapel Hill, and received his master's at Columbia University. 
He was a teacher, coach, and principal. He also worked for the N.C. Department of Agriculture, and was an educational director for Waverly Mills until his retirement in 1970. Following his retirement, he started a moving and storage business, which he operated until 1989.  Lorraine died on April 19, 2005. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Florence Singleton. Surviving are his daughters, Suzanne S. Gibson, 805 Williamsburg Dr., Rockingham, N.C. 28379, and Marilyn Singleton of Sunset Beach, N.C.; and grandchildren, Claire Gibson, Bryan Gibson, and Darius Raji.

William Lee Morgan '31 formerly of Orangeburg died March 17, 2005, at Presbyterian Home of Clinton, S.C. He worked for the South Carolina Highway Department of Engineers before joining Wannamaker-Wells Construction Company of Orangeburg. He was a member of the Orangeburg First Presbyterian Church, and was a former member of the Orangeburg Lions Club.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Norris, Morgan. Surviving is his daughter and son-in-law, Ruby Norris Morgan and Douglas M. MacDonald, 418 Patrol Club Road, Greenville, S.C. 29609.
