CATS Link (Often called "Shirley")

The CATS Link is an online system that enables each student to add/drop classes during defined schedule adjustment (add/drop) periods, to check class schedule or grades, and to change a Personal Identification Number (PIN).   (Do not confuse with initial "registration," the entry of course preferences through WebTree.)
 
WebTree is not the same as the CATS Link.
Do not go to "Shirley" for WebTree.
Never use your WebTree PIN on "Shirley"!  You will accomplish only one thing: disabling your "Shirley" (CATS Link) PIN.
  
      
Using the CATS Link   
1. Get on the web. Go to this address: http://shirley.davidson.edu

2. Enter your student ID. You'll be asked for your PIN.

3. If you have not changed your PIN, it is your birthdate expressed in the order MMDDYY (May 1, 1980=050180). If you are refused entry twice, log off; the third mistake during a day will disable your PIN. If you have trouble, email the Registrar's Office. (Brannon, Debbie or Epes, Hansford.  Please do not email both.)

4. Be sure to click in the proper spots to exit and log off.
