Email a reference librarian when:
- You can't stop by the reference desk or are off campus.
- The library is closed or the reference desk is not staffed.
- You need an answer to a quick question.
Please note: this service is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Note: The email reference service is available to Davidson College students, faculty, and staff only. If you are not affiliated with the college, please note that the librarians can only answer questions about the following: U.S. Government information and/or federal government documents on deposit in our library; Davidson College; materials that are unique to Davidson College. We regret that we cannot provide other types of email reference assistance to unaffiliated users.
