The Senior Overnight can be a helpful tool in the college search process and one that sheds a great deal of light on the Davidson experience from the perspectives of current Davidson students.

You may request a Senior Overnight on the Visit Request Form or by contacting our Visit Coordinator (704-894-2679).

• Davidson offers overnight visits for students in their senior year from September 7 through November 20 and for admitted students in the month of April.
• In the fall, overnight visits are available on most Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. Dates are subject to change.
• Overnights for the fall of 2008 may be scheduled beginning in August.
• April overnight visits are reserved for accepted students.
• Please request your overnight visit at least two weeks in advance.
• In your request for an overnight visit, please include your full name, home address, daytime phone number, and the date you wish to stay.
• To take full advantage of your visit, we strongly encourage you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm.
• Discover Davidson II, normally held in late October, provides seniors attending the program with the option of staying overnight.  There is a separate registration process for overnight visits associated with Discover Davidson II.
• Please note that meal coupons are not provided for overnight visitors except during the month of April.
