Recreated a space for women of color to discuss issues at Davidson/workplace, etc., through Upsilon Mu's monthly TUSK Talks.

Vision
Knowing the cultural, social, and educational challenges facing black students at Davidson, I would like to focus and grow DBAN's presence on Davidson's campus through strengthening the mentoring program and its relationship with BSC leadership, holding monthly network/social events/workshops, reviving the DBAN newsletter, and developing a contact database special for black students.
