Davidson's Prof. Tim Chartier is Chair of the Advisory Council for MoMath, the National Museum of Mathematics, the first such museum in the U.S. The Museum opened Madison Square Park in Manhattan, New York City, on Dec. 15, 2012. Check out the review in the New York Times. Prof. Chartier heads the committee of many distinguished advisory council members.
These photographs show Chartier's family enjoying the exhibits, including a fractal tree from his daughter's body and a smooth ride on a bike with square wheels!
