She has taught elementary, intermediate, and advanced Arabic language and literature courses, with special interest in teacher's pedagogy, classroom instruction, language and culture and curriculum theory design.  She is working to publish a book to be used in teaching advanced Arabic conversation. May George will be teaching Elementary Arabic beginning Fall 2012 continuing through Spring 2014.
