• Abernethy Research Grant
  The George L. Abernethy Endowment supports independent student research in the humanities or social sciences.
• Bank of America/Kemp Scholars Program
  Scholars work independently on a research project of their own design and participate in an interdisciplinary, non-credit seminar with faculty.
• Davidson Research Initiative Summer Research Program (DRI)
  The program fosters student-faculty research in all of the liberal arts.  Fall symposium presentation required and publishing encouraged.
• Dean Rusk Travel Grants
  Grants are awarded for study, research, service, and experiential learning abroad.  Students share their experiences via various means.
