Davidson, N.C. -- Davidson will inaugurate Carol Quillen as the college's 18th president at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18.

Due to the strong possibility of inclement weather in the afternoon, the rain plan is in effect, and the inauguration ceremony will be held indoors, in Belk Arena (Baker Sports Complex).

According to the rain plan, here is robing and assembly information for those marching in the procession:

-- Class of 2012 -- meet in Duke Family Performance Hall (and please bring umbrellas!)

-- Alumni Counctil -- meet in the PE Classroom (ground level, Baker)

-- Institutional Delegates -- meet in the Wrestling Room (Baker Sports Complex)

-- Faculty and PES -- meet in the Baker Snack Bar

-- Trustees -- meet in the Baker Dance Studio

-- Platform Party -- meet in the Hall of Fame Room (Baker Sports Complex)

-- Flag Bearers -- meet beside the Hall of Fame Room, overlooking the pool
