On-Campus Recruiting

We invite employers from a variety of career fields and industries to provide informational presentations and interviews for both full-time career opportunities and summer internships to Davidson students. Private, public and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to use our services and facilities during the fall and spring semesters. WildcatLink is the online system used for managing the on-campus recruiting program.

Resume Submission

Resumes should be one page in length and accompanied by all documents that have been requested by the employer (cover letter, transcripts, writing sample, etc.). Resume submission deadline dates generally take place two weeks prior to the interview unless the employer requests a later date. This allows employers one week to make their decisions for each candidate. You can monitor your application status by viewing the "Interviews" section of WildcatLink. The system will automatically notify each student as to the employer's decision.

Late Arrival to Interviews

If a student is late for an interview, it is up to the discretion of the employer as to whether or not the interview with the student will be conducted.
