Information Sessions
Career Services urges you to provide students with an opportunity to learn more about your organization by hosting an information session on campus or online. The best times to hold information sessions are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 4:30 pm or 7:30 p.m. We will be happy to reserve a room for you on campus, assist you with your audio/visual needs, and connect you with Davidson's catering department. All Davidson conference rooms are also equipped to manage online information sessions if you cannot make the trip to campus. Contact us for details.

Information Tables
Another option for recruiting on campus is to book an informational table. We can reserve space most days from September through April. The table would be in a high-traffic area of our Alvarez Student Union between the Post Office and the Bookstore and on the path to the Union Cafe. A number of employers and graduate programs use this service, especially if they are new to Davidson and want to build recognition with students.
