Bonner has given me the opportunity to explore my passions in ways I could never have imagined! Not only has the program prepared me for direct service toward the issues I want to tackle but also trained me to work more behind-the-scenes through advocacy and grantwriting.

Each year, 20 students are selected from the incoming class to become Bonners, who serve to establish an appreciation of both local and global needs through consistent engagement with a wide variety of community partners.

To Apply: Please complete the application and email to Kristin Booher, Director of Community Service and Bonner Scholars.  You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been received.  You may submit your application at any time but please note that the rolling review process will not begin until mid-March. Applications are accepted and reviewed throughout the spring and early summer. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis, and can be communicated at any time in the review period. This website will be updated when all spots have been filled.

After acceptance into the program, students will receive more information about Bonner Orientation.  Orientation is always held the Tuesday and Wednesday prior to New Student Orientation.
