Two Davidson student athletes are up for national awards, and the public is invited to vote to help recognize their achievements.

-- John Behm '11 is one of 22 student athletes selected to the 19th annual Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, which recognizes an ongoing commitment to volunteerism and service to the community, in addition to good academic standing. Your vote here will help Behm be named captain of the Good Works Team.

-- Callan Ellswick '11 is one of 10 finalists for the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award, which recognizes students with notable achievements in four areas of excellence - community, classroom, character and competition. Vote online in the women's soccer category through Nov. 14 to help determine the winner.

Davidson is a highly selective independent liberal arts college for 1,800 students located 20 minutes north of Charlotte in Davidson, N.C. Since its establishment in 1837 by Presbyterians, the college has graduated 23 Rhodes Scholars and is consistently regarded as one of the top liberal arts colleges in the country.
