The Mutual Mentoring Program pairs sophomores with members of the faculty, staff or wider community in a mutual mentoring relationship. Mentoring pairs get to know one another in an informal relationship and provide guidance and support for each other. Pairs are asked to meet at least 5 times during the school year.
