What is the College's operating budget? The College's budget is reviewed each fall by the Principal Executive Staff (PES) and the Advisory Council on Finance, Personnel, and Development to consider potential revenues and expenses for the following fiscal year. These two groups recommend a budget to the President (generally in mid-December) and the budget is presented to the Trustees in February for their review and approval.

How can I view my departmental budget? Budgets may be viewed using Banner INB (real-time activity), Banner Self-Service (real-time activity) or InsideDavidson (1 day lag). Information on using these options are found at the Banner FAQ at: http://www3.davidson.edu/cms/x3772.xml#dept budget
When are departmental budgets due? Budget packages are generally distributed in March with a due date of early May. You will receive an email from your Vice President and/or Supervisor when budget spreadsheets are available. Budgets are entered into Banner by the Business Services office so that information will be available in Banner on July 1.
