The Davidson College Music Department is pleased to announce that the 2009 Concerto Competition Winners are (in alphabetical order):

 Jeffrey Roth '12, piano

 Stephen Vogel '11, organ

 Stephen Westerfield '10, violoncello

Two of these outstanding musicians, Roth and Westerfield, will perform as solo artists in the Davidson College Symphony Orchestra's Concerto Winners Concert on Thursday, November 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Duke Family Performance Hall of the Alvarez College Union. Vogel will perform during the prelude for Christmas Vespers on Sunday, December 6, at 7:00 p.m. in the Davidson College Presbyterian Church.
