As a liberal arts college, Davidson values the concept of broad interdisciplinary learning.  So chemistry students are required to take and often seek out courses in related departments.  Many also follow science and math blended courses of study and career paths through interdisciplinary concentrations.  A new Science and Math Learning Center will be available on campus in Spring 2010.
