Martin Court has a Head Building Manager and eight Building Managers. These student staff are similar to Hall Counselors and Resident Advisors in the traditional residence halls. The Building Managers are available to assist with maintenance issues, vacuum cleaner distribution, party registrations, and upholding the Martin Court Community Standards. All nine staff members provide social and educational activities for the Martin Court residents.

Armfield also hosts a satellite office for Martin Court students to take care of their residential needs. The office is located on the 1st floor. Instead of going to the Residence Life Office to fill out a work order, students can drop by the Martin Court office during office hours and fill one out there. The Martin Court staff conduct office hours in the Armfield Office each week. Martin Court residents are notified of these office hours each semester by their Area Coordinator or Head Building Manager.

The Martin Court Area Coordinator lives in Ryburn and has an office in the Residence Life Office in Belk Hall.
