Martin Court is a residential area comprised of seven apartment buildings, accounting for a total of 398 available bed spaces:

• Flowe, Hart, Jamieson and MCB each have 12 four-person apartments;
• Davis has 15 four-person apartments and a common area/lounge;
• Ryburn has 14 four-person apartments;
• Armfield has 18 five-person apartments, a computer room, and a lounge;
• Davis, Flowe, Ryburn and Armfield are all handicap accessible with easy access elevators.
• Ryburn and Armfield have laundry facilities and vending machines for student use at any time.
