- To empower Latino women in the Davidson, Lake Norman, Huntersville, Cornelius, and Mooresville areas to gain self-confidence in order to become economically self-sufficient by providing them with important work-related skills and the necessary clothing for them to conduct a successful job interview.
- To provide Latino women with professional training resources and boost their careers despite the language barrier they face.
- To create a program where the clients we serve become part of a network of women of different professions, interests, and backgrounds who can become a support system and a motivation for empowerment to each other.
