The Community Service Office introduces the new S.A.T.T. (Social Action Tools and Training) Workshops! These are a series of workshops that are designed to teach volunteers a variety of skills to help make the most of their work in the community. First in the series, Strategies for Literacy, is on Thursday, November 5th at 6pm in the Alvarez College Union room 302. This workshop will be reading and literacy-based with the fundamentals of teaching children how to read and write.
