Student Technology Help

Student Technology provides help with keeping your computer or mobile devices up and running on the Davidson network.

Contacting us is easy! Email us or call us at 704-894-2900. Select option 2 for students and then choose the option that relates to your problem or question.

The Student Tech office is staffed when classes are in session. For Spring 2013 our hours are as follows:

Sunday       1:00 to 11:00 pm
Monday       9:30 am to 11:30 am & 1:00 to 11:00 pm
Tuesday      9:30 am to noon & 6:00 to 11:00 pm
Wednesday  9:30 am to noon & 1:oo pm to 11:00 pm
Thursday     9:30 am to noon & 6:00 to 11:00 pm
Friday          1:00 to 6:00 pm
Saturday       Closed

We are located in the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the E.H. Little Library. Look for our door across from the lab computers. Bring your computer or device to us for drop-in (but not drop-off) assistance.

Get Connected to the Network

To help us arrive at a solution faster, please include the following pieces of information: 

  • Your name
  • The operating system of your computer, or type of device you're using
  • A description of the problem
  • The application you were using (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook 2011, Outlook Web Access, etc.)
  • The exact error message if you received one

Bradford Requirements
Bradford Campus Manager performs user validation (are you a Davidson person?) and computer validation (does this computer meet the minimums to use our network?) on connections to our network.
