Contacting us is easy! Email us or call us at 704-894-2900. Select option 2 for students and then choose the option that relates to your problem or question.
The ResNet office is staffed Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM while classes are in session. We are located on the 2nd floor of Tomlinson. Bring your computer to us for drop-in (but not drop-off) assistance.
Get Connected to the Network
To help us arrive at a solution faster, please include the following pieces of information:
- Your name
- The operating system of your computer
- A description of the problem
- The application you were using (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook 2007, Outlook Web Access, etc.)
- The exact error message if you received one
