Caller Menu 

A caller menu is a voice mailbox which allows routing options for the caller. It is often placed on a department telephone number or on a shared extension. The extension can be set up so the caller goes directly to the menu or only on busy and/or no answer. Caller menus can have up to 9 options or forwards to a campus extension or voice mailbox.

Announcement Only Boxes

A voice mailbox can be set up for announcements only, no messages can be left. This is often used to announce events or job offerings.

There is a monthly fee for all voice mailboxes that aren't individual faculty, staff, and student mailboxes.
