Information Technology Services provides the campus with telephone services. Davidson College maintains a Nortel Meridian 81C telephone switch and the integrated voice messaging system CallXpress. BellSouth provides local dial-tone service to the campus. Long distance services are provided to students, faculty, and staff through Qwest .
Davidson College contracts with STC Services to provide the campus community telephone billing and help desk services. STC specializes in providing colleges and universities throughout the United States with telecommunication services.
