Jessica is an AFFA certified Group Exercise Instructor as well as a Madd Dogg certified Spinning Instructor. Jessica has been teaching in the fitness industry for the past 15 years primarily as a Spinning and Body Pump instructor. Also a fitness enthusiast, Jessica enjoys running, cycling, swimming, hiking, and weight lifting. After the birth of her son Noah in 2005, Jessica had much less time to spend in the gym. Exercise still being a priority, she and Noah hit the road running. Shortly thereafter she combined her love of fitness with the desire to spend time with her son and created Fit Mamas, a stroller fitness class. Jessica is currently the Cycle Coordinator at the Lake Norman YMCA.
