Members of registered student organizations may use motor pool vehicles owned or leased by the College to support official travel. Only Davidson College faculty, staff and students are permitted to operate Davidson’s owned or leased vehicles.

Users must possess a valid driver’s license, must be physically qualified and be authorized to drive college vehicles by the Physical Plant. Students must be approved as drivers.

For students involved in travel related to a registered student organization, approval of the organization’s advisor or the Coordinator of Student Activities, William Brown (ext. #2143) is required. The Motor Pool has a number of vehicles that are available for daily rental. To reserve Motor Pool Vehicles, call the Motor Pool Desk, ext. 2595, Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 5:00p.m.
