Members of registered student organizations may use motor pool vehicles owned or leased by the College to support official travel. Only Davidson College faculty, staff and students are permitted to operate Davidson’s owned or leased vehicles.

Students must be approved as drivers. Click here for more information on being confirmed an authorized driver before making any vehicle requests.

Approval of the organization’s advisor or the Coordinator of Student Activities, William Brown (ext. #2143) is also required for each vehicle request. The Motor Pool has a number of vehicles that are available for daily rental.
