Space Reservations
To reserve and schedule events in the Knobloch Campus Center, Chambers Gallery, Tyler-Tallman Recital Hall, Erwin Lodge, and most outside areas, consult the Campus Calendar.

Reservation forms and information are available by contacting Ruth French, 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F or by calling 704-894-2174. Her office is directly behind the Information Desk in the Alvarez College Union.  All student organizations should consult the Reservations Calendar to determine if the desired space is available before contacting Ruth.

Technical Services
If technical support in the form of PA or lighting is required for a meeting or event, please notify Lynda Daniels when reserving a space or request Technical Services online when requesting your space using the online request process. The cost of technical services is $14.00 per hour per technician with a 2 hour minimum. Requests must be made at least 15 days in advance of the event or we cannot guarantee service. Late fees do apply if requests come within 14 days of the event and increase the closer to the events the requests are made. Please contact Jim Nash, Technical Director, for more information.

Challenge Course
Located on campus near Erwin Lodge the Davidson Outdoors Challenge Course offers a series of group initiatives and a high ropes course. Generally, organizations may schedule a visit to the course with Mike Goode in the Davidson Outdoors office ext. 2623.

Outdoor Equipment Rental
Davidson Outdoors offers tents, backpacks, and sleeping bags for rent on weekends and over breaks (availability depends on Davidson Outdoors schedule). Complete gear list and rental fees are available on here.

Ticket Sales
The College Union Ticket Office is located next to the Information Desk in the Union. Tickets for Artists Series, Concert Series, and other Union events are available from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. If you want to sell tickets for an event or have sign-ups contact the Ticket Office Manager, Morgan Bell, ext 2547.
