Davidson ResNet supports Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Older versions of Windows (NT4, 95, 98, 98SE, ME, or 2000) are no longer fully patched by Microsoft, and other security software is increasingly incompatible.

To get on the Davidson network, you'll need to upgrade - we recommend Windows 7.

To upgrade to these operating systems, you will need to purchase the software from a software vendor.  Davidson College does not provide operating system upgrades to students.
