Davidson's Nurse Practitioner is Debra Witkin, a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Debra has a master’s in nursing, is a licensed registered nurse, and is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Her focus is on comprehensive primary care, emphasizing preventive health services, disease management, and patient education.

She is managed by Dr. Craig White and Dr. Sarah Carlson of Davidson Family Medicine, with the nurse practitioner clinic housed in the Davidson Family Medicine offices. 

Clinic hours are Monday, 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
