- Glass: clear and colored
- Aluminum: rinse out food first
Blue-topped bins - Office paper: staples included
- Notebooks: leave the spiral binding on
- Green books: these have replaced the old "blue books" and can be recycled
- Envelopes: even with the plastic window
- Box board: such as cereal boxes, break them down first
- Cardboard: break it down and put it next to the bin
