Welcome to Davidson! 

New full time employees are invited to attend a New Employee Orientation held every other month.  To request an event invitation or to RSVP for the program, please contact Drew Chin,  Training Manager in HR  at 704-894-2619.  New hires should automatically receive an invitation from Human Resources - but please call if questions. 

Highlights of the program include:

• A tour of campus with expert guides
• Conversations on the traditions of the college
• Opportunity for question and answer with the Human Resources team
• Breakfast, snacks and lunch!

The program begins at 8:45 am and runs until approximately 1:00 pm with coffee and muffins available at 8:30 am.  Supervisors are encouraged to release employees to attend the program. 

Please contact Drew if you are attending so you can be included in the lunch count.  Vegetarian options are available.  Supervisors should schedule the employee to attend and the program is paid time.
