After spending years dominating the world of corporate law, Jane Elizabeth and her husband settled in Davidson and she has taken what appears to be a permanent sabbatical from corporate life in favor of caring for her family (and herself).

She is certified as a group fitness instructor by the American Fitness and Aerobics Association and enjoys teaching many different classes  including Spinning, Zumba, and Turbo Kick.  In addition, she and her husband are avid road cyclists and can often be found weaving their way in and out of traffic throughout the Lake Norman area.

Perhaps Jane Elizabeth's best quality is her enthusiasm and passion for fitness and her desire to share this with others. A self-described Type A+ personality, Davidson residents have been packing her classes for years....now Davidson students will do the same.
