Environmental sustainability is central to life at Davidson. Students, faculty, and staff explore sustainability issues through course work and student-faculty research, as well as residential life and community service. At Davidson, we are dedicated to not only lowering our carbon footprint, but to graduating students with values of environmental stewardship.

This year, Davidson's Dining Services diverted 77% of its waste from the landfill, through compost and recycling!
