Housing - On campus Residence Hall

For a fee of $275 per person, room and board are available to those who wish to stay on campus during the Institute. Housing will be in a college residence hall. Participants will be in a single room but will share a bathroom. In addition to the meals covered by the tuition, the housing fee includes breakfast Monday through Friday and dinner Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The dormitory rooms have in-room controlled air-conditioning, and phone/internet connections. Provided linens include one set of sheets and towels, one pillow and blanket. All rooms are smoke free.

Special AP Summer Institute rates have been secured at the following two hotels. Please mention the Davidson AP Summer Institute when making your reservation in order to reserve one of the rooms in the guaranteed block. Participants are responsible for making their own reservations as well as payment of their bill. The special room rate will be available until the dates listed below or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.
