Inaugural Weekend

Gail Gibson, Kenan Professor of English and Humanities and Faculty Marshall, organized and led the procession of faculty, trustees, delegates, seniors, and platform party onto the floor of Belk Arena for the Inauguration ceremony. Flag bearers included (l-r) Whitney White, president of the senior class, and Imani Victoria Bryan, president of the first year class.
