Inaugural activities began Thursday evening when President Tom Ross and his wife, Susan, hosted a Southern style dinner for all Davidson students at Vail Commons. The Steep Canyon Rangers bluegrass band played, and students had the opportunity to inscribe their greetings to the new President on this light-hearted banner that hung in the entryway.
