Textbook Buyback/Textbook Returns

What is Buyback?

Buyback is when students can sell their textbooks back to the College Store. All books purchased for Davidson College courses are eligible, but not all have current value. If the book is being used for the upcoming semester, the Bookstore will pay up to 50% of the current new book price. Books not designated for use are purchased at a wholesale market value which ranges from 10 - 35% of the retail price.
All transactions are paid in cash, and are final.
Please be careful not to sell rented books at the book buyback. Books rented through our website affiliate (Follett, Skyo) may be returned to our store at any time, and we will return them per your rental agreement.
We guarantee to pay as much (or more) for all of your books than companies who may be buying on campus.
Please take all your books to sell, and rented books to return, to the Service Bar on the 2nd floor of the new College Store on Main St.
