The Physical Plant Housing Office administers assignment, rental rates, leases, maintenance, and repair of rental housing. The college establishes rents of college owned houses based on an appraised value. The schedule of rental rates is maintained in the Physical Plant Housing Office.

The College owns 42 locations containing 54 rental units, most are single family, but include 4 duplex and 2 tri-plex units. These units are located on streets adjacent to or within a mile surrounding the campus.
