Davidson College is offering the following properties for sale to eligible college faculty and staff:

The Physical Plant Administrative Offices are located in the McMillan Building at 207 Ridge Rd., Davidson, NC.
Interested buyers will be selected with the priority process as stated on the Application. A copy of the Ground Lease Application Form and Selection System and the Ground Lease Document may also be obtained from the Davidson College website, Housing webpage under Home Ownership Program or from Mike Kessler. Applications will be accepted beginning Monday, November 22nd, 2010 and the process will be closed Friday, December 10th, 2010 at 5:00 PM.

The following minimum restrictions may apply:

• All land lease and fee simple sales options will have restrictions and contract requirements.
• If a contract is not established, the opportunity will go to the next priority applicant.
