CatCard Services, located in the west terrace of Belk Residence Hall, is responsible for:

• Replacing lost or stolen CatCards
• Accepting credit card, cash and check deposits for declining balance accounts
• Taking meal plan applications and processing changes
• Establishing new partnerships, on and off-campus, to accept the CatCard
• Researching disputed transactions
• Providing an on-line balance-checking web page
• Processing Summer Program Invoicing
• Overseeing Campus Vending
