Money Back Guarantee Return Policy:
Most items may be returned to the Bookstore for a refund within ten days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by a cash register sales receipt. All items must be in absolutely new and saleable condition. Product exchanges are considered the same as a refund.

Course Materials Return Policy:
Full refund/credit for course materials will be given during the first 2 weeks of the semester. Course materials are eligible for return only if they are in the same condition as originally purchased except in the case of publisher defect. Refund must be accompanied by cash register sales receipt.
