Cadets attend lab each Tuesday from 1300 - 1600. These are key training events that involve each cadet on campus. They serve as the practical application to the topics discussed during military science classes. Instruction is centered around tactical training scenarios and land navigation courses. Davidson cadets travel to Charlotte twice each semester to conduct joint labs with UNC-Charlotte cadets.

- Situational Tactical Exercise (STX) training lanes
Each cadet plays a role at each lab: - Seniors (MS4s) - Plan, resource, and administer the training event
- Juniors (MS3s) - Rehearse and run the event
- Sophomores (MS2s) and Freshman (MS1s) - Participate
