Each year, Friends of the Arts creates special events specifically geared towards our membership.

Previous years have included:

•  Annual New York City tour featuring tickets to Broadway, Metropolitan Opera, and Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall
  
• Guided arts-related trips abroad such as Edinburgh, Budapest, and Provence
  
• Special pre-performance dinner events featuring topics such as art, and set design
  
• Selective post-show receptions offering the chance to meet the performers
  
• Gallery Talks at featured art galleries
  
• Collaborations with the Mint Museums of Art, and the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra
  
• Annual Friends of the Arts reception with keynote speakers, special musical guests, and featured excerpts from the Theatre Department's main stage productions
