One single outlet is provided for cable TV in each Residence Hall room. If you are in a suite or an apartment, then only the common area is activated for cable TV. Pods in Tomlinson have both the rooms and lounge activated.

To connect your TV you will need a coax cable (available at the bookstore) and a cable ready TV.

1. Place your TV near the cable outlet.
2. Plug one end of the coax cable into the "IN" outlet on your TV.
3. Plug the other end into the wall outlet. The coax connection is generally in the same plate with your data and voice connection.
4. Then power on your TV and set your TV to an available channel (2 and above).
